What a boring week for me. The chop really set the mood for me last week, I was also recovering from sickness, so that resulted in few trades on my end last week, and unfortunately more bad ones than good. For the options homies, what do we think about 0DTE everyday? I noticed most of our big movers last week were after hours and pre-market. I wonder if 0DTE everyday is encouraging this annoying chop we're seeing so much of. I'd love to hear y'all's take on this. We have FOMC minutes this week, so that's something to keep in mind going in.

Without further ado, let's get to the stonks! I love that practically across the market we are in a nice uptrend channel. We closed right in the middle of that channel Friday, so I feel like we have a nice range to play to the upside and downside this week.

/ES|

So, for /ES we are most definitely still respecting the uptrend we've been in since October. I'm going to throw the Screenshot of that here, along with my levels for the week. I traded awful last week and let the masses jack my bias, so I will likely only play levels that line up with this channel this week. These are A+ setups to me, as I only chart and keep high timeframe support and resistance levels on my charts throughout the week. I use intraday support and resistance to trim positions only. I'm not too sure how I feel about that weekly candle last week, it leads me to believe we could be ending red this week. I imagine FOMC minutes will be what ruins the bulls fun, for this week at least.

VIX|

So, for our VIX lady this week... We did get some of the gaps out of the way, which is good for the emotional anxiety the chart was giving me... However, I still do not like her in backwardation or how's she's moving in general. I do expect her to gap up just by seeing where it closed Friday. These are the levels so far, but I still won't be using her as a main indicator in my system until she learns how to be a self-starter again. I may do a mini blog over how I adjust my system when my main chick is acting out of character.

/NQ|

I have been loving trading the /NQ futures over /ES, however after not trading too well last week I'll be focusing on /ES so /NQ doesn't try to take my left kidney. These are the levels I have for /NQ and if the perfect opportunity arises, I may take some of them towards the end of the week.

For my options friends I'm going to add a few trading idea's I have for this week. I missed a play I saw Friday on $TSLA, but if I get a better entry this week, I'll definitely be taking it.

$TSLA 🚗|

This is what I'm seeing as far as $TSLA goes... I'm bearish AF. I'd like to take puts around $198-99. This is a stretch as we did reject around here already. I would start my position around $191.25 area and average into my position, I just forgot to chart it. I'll swing these 100% because my PT is the $143 area. I'm trying to focus my day trading account on longer swings because I really enjoy day trading futures over options.

$AAPL🍏|

Really $AAPL's weekly chart is giving me bullish vibes for the time being. I think $148 area could pose as a nice bounce spot for her this week, that would be more of a day trade set up for me as $150 is such a hassle for her but $157 would be my final PT. I also would not discount taking a reject at $157-58 as a day trade, ultimately, I do think $AAPL is in a position for some major upside potential.

$HD🔨|

This one is for you Junior, trash weekly inverted candle I'd be looking to short her. Not worth the levels IMO, but I made some for you. Around $315 I'd say would be a good area to go short, heavy trim around $311 and whole psych $310 with a final $307 PT.
